Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the default Wagering Requirement is 20x to 35x the bonus amount. For example, aRM50 bonus with a 25x Wagering Requirement must generateRM1,250 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.
Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. As a general guide:
alpa66 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winings derived from them, and to close any Account, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in exploitative, abusive, or fraudulent bonus activity. All game outcomes on the alpa66 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. alpa66 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
For sports betting markets — including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other sports — alpa66 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, amend odds, or void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, significant line errors, or data feed failures. In the event of a void bet, stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.
Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are governed by alpa66's Sports Betting Rules document, available upon request from our support team. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpa66 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
alpa66 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of violating these prohibitions. Where a violation is confirmed, we may suspend or permanently close the Account, void outstanding bets, and withold or reclaim balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in and to the alpa66 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, domain names, game software, graphics, audiovisual content, and database compilations — are owned by or licensed to alpa66. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. Any use of Platform content outside of normal personal gaming use — including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from alpa66.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alpa66 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under mandatory applicable law, alpa66's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you deposited in the30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) RM500.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alpa66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from errors.
alpa66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds or balances under active investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or to our support email address. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alpa66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in alpa66's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits alpa66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of law in relation to intellectual property infringement or fraud.
